Parcel contents

365Post will not accept parcels containing prohibited items including weapons, flammables, perishables, live animals, or counterfeit goods. Parcels found to contain such items may be destroyed without compensation.

Address accuracy

Please ensure the recipient's full address, contact number and postal code are correct. 365Post is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. A re-delivery surcharge may apply.

Customs & duties

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. 365Post is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to parcels is limited per our published terms of service. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value items.

Operating hours

Pickup and delivery services operate during our published business hours. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
